This series aims to acknowledge the significant collective work that has been undertaken to advance gender equality and diversity, drawing lessons from across the University. Contributions to this in-conversation series will share research and practice to identify the gains that have been made while acknowledging that the work of gender equality, diversity and inclusion is ongoing. Through conversations on various approaches, we aim to create a shared awareness of progress, consolidate the lessons and move forward with a whole of community agenda on improving institutional outcomes towards gender equality, diversity and inclusion.
