The workshop will pick up conversations that Prof Kleinschmit hopes to stimulate in her Jack Westoby Lecture on 25 February, about the contemporary reality of women in the forest sciences globally and locally, and how women’s voices and roles might be strengthened. The workshop will comprise opening remarks from a range of perspectives, small group work, and a concluding plenary.
