Prompted by the continuing underrepresentation of women throughout the academic hierarchy in Australian political science departments, this workshop will bring together women working in the Australian political science profession to identify key issues relevant to the advancement of women in the discipline. Participants will present relevant research, identify issues and develop strategies for addressing them.
