Keynote speaker, Professor Michelle Ryan, is a Professor of Social and Organisational Psychology at the University of Exeter, UK. Professor Ryan’s presentation Women and Leadership: Cliffs, Gaps, and Revolutions will explore the reasons why women continue to be under-represented in a range of sectors and leadership roles.
