Be inspired to rewrite the rules for women in leadership. This one day forum will explore organisational barriers and the changes needed to open more opportunities for women. This forum will examine the personal and organisational barriers that we need to dismantle in order to create a world of opportunity for women. We will hear enlightened perspectives on the kind of organisational changes needed to do this, and world views on how we as individuals can recognise and overcome barriers, both real and perceived.

The forum will include:

• leadership development exercises
