The She Leads workshop on negotiation will help you to better understand your negotiation strengths and blind spots, with tips on how to get past the fear factor. The workshop not only covers the core skills required to successfully negotiate, but focuses on negotiating for pay rises and for flexible working arrangements - core negotiation areas for women.
This workshop, taught by Vanessa Vanderhoek, aims to equip women with the skills they need to negotiate. With strong negotiation skills, women should be more likely to be awarded the raises they deserve, enter into flexible working arrangements, or both.
