Frances Crimmins, Executive Director of YWCA Canberra said, “We are excited to see such inspiring and high profile women commit to fostering the next generation of leaders through this important event.

“The She Leads Conference provides women with meaningful access to mentors and role models, and a safe space in which to explore their own leadership style.

“With women still significantly underrepresented in leadership roles, it is crucial to provide this exposure and interaction. As at 2012, only 12 of the top 500 public companies in Australia (ASX 500) had female CEOs and only 13 had female board chairs – statistics like this demonstrate that Conferences like She Leads are filling an important gap in leadership development opportunities for women.”

She Leads Conference registrations are now open, with early bird tickets available until 10 April 2015.
