PARSA and ANUSA women's week 2017: power in community

March 6th to 10th is Women's Week, a time to celebrate women* at ANU and in our community! PARSA and ANUSA, in collaboration with Woroni, is proud to deliver a variety of events that aim to support, empower and celebrate women*. Everyone is encouraged to participate in these events, keeping in mind that a few events will be for women* only.

Here's are of some of the amazing events on during Women's Week:

Monday, 6 March, 12-1.30pm: Feminism 101

Monday, 6 March, 5–7pm: ANU Women In Leadership Panel and Q&A

Tuesday, 7 March, 12–1.30pm: Self-Care Workshop*

Tuesday, 7 March, 5-7pm: ANU Under Review

Wednesday, 8 March, 2- 4pm: International Women's Day Garden Party*

Wednesday, 8 March, 3–4pm: Self-Care Workshop*

Thursday, 9 March, 12 -2pm: Women’s Week Market Day 

Friday, 10 March, 5-7pm: Women's Week Unwind

*PARSA and ANUSA aims to represent, support and advocate for all ANU students. The women* only events are aimed to offer specific support in an autonomous space of solidarity for those who identify as women and/or experience oppression as a result of being perceived by others as a woman. We welcome trans women, and non-binary people who would like to be involved with our autonomous events.
