Out for Australia ACT – embracing ethnocultural diversity

The recent debate about whether brown and black stripes should be added to the rainbow flag has provoked fundamental questions about diversity within the LGBTIQA+ community. This event provides an opportunity for guests to hear from a panel of speakers, both students and professionals, about their personal experiences of the intersection of cultural diversity and LGBTIQA+ diversity, as well as offer their opinions about issues that this intersection creates.

Everyone, students and non-students alike, is welcome.

Arrive from 6:00pm for a 6:15pm start (panel to run for approx 1 hour). Food and (non-alcoholic) drinks will be provided. We hope to see you there!
