Make more noise...Suffragettes in silent film

The Festival is proud to present with the State Library NSW as part of International Women’s Day 2016 celebrations the acclaimed BFI restored set of silent films detailing how suffragettes were portrayed on the screen while “..their battles were still being waged on the streets outside.” (1899-1917).
