This forum has been organised on the eve of the International AIDS Conference 2014 to draw on current events and encourage discussion between advocates working in HIV and development about the growing global polarisation around sexual rights and is hosted by the Institute of Human Security and Social Change at La Trobe University and Oxfam Australia in collaboration with the ACFID University Network.

The panel will include;

• Mandeep Dhaliwal, Director: HIV, Health and Development Practice (United Nations Development Programme)
• Noah Metheny, Director of Policy The Global Forum on MSM & HIV (MSMGF), and
• Dr Johanna Kehler, National Executive Director of the AIDS Legal Network (ALN), South Africa
