Women in Media Canberra is keen to connect with as many women working in media and communications around the city as possible. And we figured what better time to organise a get-together than to celebrate International Women’s Day?

We will host a networking night at the National Press Club, with guests of honour to be indefatigable ACT Emergency Services Commissioner Georgeina Whelan.

Come and have a glass of champagne and some hors d’oeuvres with members of the Women in Media Canberra Committee as well as a range of women working in the industry.

We promise fun, camaraderie and a meaningful way to mark IWD this year.
