Initiatives for women in need - Flexible work, family and career: Can we have it all?

Workplace flexibility and our journey towards this space within the public and private sector as well as within the realm of community organisations is an important and topical issue. Flexible work practice has become an important tool for organisations and individuals in achieving high outcomes. Extensive research has been conducted in this space and policy makers; practitioners are all looking to either implementing it or measuring its return on investment.

This symposium will have guest speakers and panellists from a range of organisations who will share their perspectives on this very important topic.

On behalf of IWiN, we would like to invite you to know more about the importance of flexible working practice, and what it means for organisations, individuals and families. Entry to the symposium is by Gold Coin Donation. Light lunch and tea/coffee will be served.
