Implicit bias in academia: a challenge to the meritocratic principle and to women's careers - and what to do about it

The University of Zurich is proud to host the Second LERU Gender Conference on 14 - 15 June 2018.

The disproportional loss of female talent in academia is evident and systematic almost without exception across disciplines, faculties, universities, and countries. Join us for this exciting opportunity to think and talk to each other about why this happens, and ways to stop it.

LERU Advice paper: Implicit bias in academia
