The Tangentyere Women's Family Safety Group is a group of Alice Springs town camp women who work to prevent domestic and family violence in their communities. They also govern the Tangentyere Family Violence Prevention Program, including the Men's Behaviour Change Program.

Some representatives from the Tangentyere Women's Family Safety Group will be visiting Canberra between the 18th and 20th of March 2020. They will giving a presentation at ANU on the 18th of March 2020.

The women want to share the good work they're doing to prevent domestic and family violence in Aboriginal communities in Alice Springs and beyond - as such, they will be screening their documentary Not just Numbers.
