RedTalk: A conversation about menstruation

Ever wondered about reusable menstrual products, but didn’t quite feel comfortable to try them, know whether they’re right for you, or ask?

Have no fear, redtalk is here! Distaffik Collective and the ANU Women’s Collective invite you for a night of open conversation and entertainment about menstruation and menstrual products.

Our expert panel will take you through the different reusable product options, discussing the pros and cons and their personal experiences. Expert panelists are Zoe Neumayer, Melody Simenic and Alison Worthington (RadPads).

Enlightening the evening with their period-related arts, we have a selection of Canberra’s best to share their song and story. Bec Taylor will grace us with her piano notes and menstrual quotes throughout the night; Netty is going to share some words of a more comic nature; and Rosanna Stevens will take us on an allsorts journey of period stories.

Also be prepared to embark on some sharing exercises.

$10 ONO, open to all, and all genders welcome! Purchase here
