The Gendered Body During Covid-19

This special issue will consider the impact of Covid-19 on gendered bodily practices. How have practices of care or self-care shifted under lockdown? How has technology facilitated who and what bodies can access different spaces? What impact has the temporary closure of spaces such as gyms, hairdressing and other grooming services had beyond the aesthetic?
