Call for Papers: Australian Feminist Law Journal

CALL FOR PAPERS General Issue 48(2), December 2022

The Editorial Board of the Australian Feminist Law Journal invites submissions for the upcoming General Issue 48(2), to be published in December 2022. Manuscript submissions should be sent by Friday 6 May 2022 to aflj@griffith.edu.au with “Submission to General Issue – [LASTNAME]” as the subject line.

The Australian Feminist Law Journal welcomes high-quality submissions informed by diverse critical and feminist legal traditions, including (but not limited to): cultural and literary, Indigenous, post/decolonial, critical race, Marxist, queer, psycho-analytic, political economy, post-structuralist, and sociolegal approaches.

Authors are encouraged to closely consult the Journal’s Aims & Scope before making a submission to ensure their manuscript is suitable for publication by the Journal. The Australian Feminist Law Journal follows a double-blind peer review procedure. Authors are requested to place their name and affiliation on a separate page, and eliminate any self-identifying citation of their own work. The Journal will not accept manuscripts for consideration that are already under consideration elsewhere. The Journal has Green Open Access status within national research funding policy. All submissions should adhere to the Journal’s Style Guide as set out in the instructions to authors.
