Drawing on ongoing fieldwork in three Port Moresby Village Courts, Fiona Hukula considers the role of the Village Court in implementing the Family Protection Act.
Fiona Hukula completed a PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of St Andrews in 2013. Fiona has been researching aspects of urban life with a focus on urban Village Courts and Access to Justice, Urban Sociality and Port Moresby settlements.
