Visiting Fellowship

ANU Gender Institute is pleased to partner with the Humanities Research Centre (HRC) and offer this annual visiting fellowship to enhance national and international links with humanities scholars working in the areas of gender and sexuality.

The fellowship is part of the HRC visiting fellowship program and provides support for travel to ANU and accommodation on campus up to $3000 and includes office space and access to ANU library facilities.


2016 Visiting Fellow

We are pleased to announce the recipient of the 2016 ANU Gender Institute and Humanities Research Centre joint fellowship; Professor Patricia Plummer, whose research topic will be:

“Challenging Authority? Gender, Identity and Power in Contemporary Popular Culture: A Comparative Approach”.

Professor Plummer will be on ANU campus from 15 February to 15 April 2016
