Dr Fiona Jenkins became the Convenor of the Gender Institute in 2013. She is based in the School of Philosophy, Research School of Social Sciences in the ANU College of Arts & Social Sciences. Her own work on gender includes research in feminist and queer theory, problems of violence, and on the status and contribution of women in academic disciplines.
