The Australian National University wishes to appoint an outstanding person to lead and facilitate the activities of the Herbert and Valmae Freilich Foundation. The Foundation sits within the Humanities Research Centre (HRC). It facilitates a range of interdisciplinary activities which aim to broaden the conversation about bigotry within universities and beyond. The successful applicant will be an active researcher in a discipline relevant to the work of the Foundation. S/he will provide leadership for the Foundation, participate and build upon the existing program of activities, participate in teaching and supervision, and develop relationships with relevant units within the ANU and external organisations.
Classification: Academic Level B (0.6 Fractional appointment)
Salary package: $94,287 to 107,381 plus 17%
Superannuation Term: continuing
