Research Fellow - Gender, Health & Sexuality

The State, Society and Governance in Melanesia (SSGM) program is a vibrant research unit, comprising of 30 academics and as many PhD students, situated in the School of International, Political and Strategic Studies (IPS), at the Australian National University in Canberra. SSGM is the leading international centre for applied research into contemporary governance issues in Melanesia, Timor-Leste and the broader Pacific. In addition to its scholarly goals SSGM maintains a strong commitment to active engagement with policy communities in the region and Australia.

SSGM currently seeks to appoint an early career scholar to conduct quality independent research concerning gender, marriage and family and sexual violence (FSV) in Melanesia. Further information and application details are linked below.
