Raising funds for the Indigo Foundation's work with Mahalir Sakthi

From 2 - 9 April a group of cyclists will ride from Sydney Harbour to the top of Mt Kosciuszko to raise funds to support the Indigo foundation's women and children's empowerment project with Mahalir Sakthi in the slums of Madurai, India. Their goal is to raise $9498 - one dollar for every vertical metre they climb.

To support the riders on the Canberra leg of their journey and to spread awarness of such a worthwhile cause, all Canberrans are invited to join in a ride around Lake Burley Griffin. The ride will be followed by sandwiches and a short presentation about the work of Mahalir Sakthi.

To SIGN UP for the ride around the lake and create a fundraising page to send to sponsors, follow the link and click 'JOIN THE TEAM'. Alternatively, we will also be collecting general donations on the day!

To DONATE directly to the cause without joining the ride here.
