The Oxford Women’s Leadership Symposium is designed as a seminar for presentation of papers and ideas regarding gender equity and fairness in leadership opportunities in the social and economic structures of society.

Papers are invited on an aspect of Women’s Studies for the 2015 Symposium to be held on 16, 17 & 18 March, 2015, at Margaret Thatcher Centre, Somerville College in Oxford University, U.K. Participants are also invited as observers or panel members.

Papers presented at the meeting will be subsequently peer reviewed by external readers for possible inclusion in Symposium Books or in sponsored academic journals.

The Symposium is interdisciplinary in nature and seeks to cover a broad reach of women’s leadership issues in both the public and private sectors.
