Higher Education Academy Principal Fellowship award for Dr Beth Beckmann

Congratualtions to Gender Institute member Dr Beth Beckmann who has been awarded the Higher Education Academy's (HEA) highest category of recognition, Principal Fellowship (PFHEA). The award acknowldges a "sustained record of effective strategic leadership in academic practice and academic development as a key contribution to high quality student learning".

Among her many achievements, which include the ANU Foundations of University Teaching and Learning course, two national Citations for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning, a National Teaching Fellowship and leadership of the ANU EFS, Dr Beckman is also co-organiser of the annual Academic Women's Writing Workshop at the ANU, an initiative the Gender Institute is very pleased to support.
