The equilibrium man challenge: accelerating flexible work practices?

Launched on April 28 2015, the Equilibrium Man Challenge is the first initiative in the Equilibrium Challenge project and will feature an online series of micro-documentaries that follow a group of men who are trying to change the way they work.

The project is a response to a policy objective of the Australian Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and WGEA endorse the initaitve. The WGEA statement about the project emphasises "that in order for flexibility in the workplace to be mainstreamed, we must promote acceptance around men engaging in flexible working arrangements to ensure it is seen as a legitimate option for all employees, not just the domain of mothers with young children".
