2016 ACT Women's Awards

Do you know a dynamic Canberra women who deserves recognition?

Nominations are currently being received for:

  • 2016 ACT Woman of the Year
  • 2016 ACT Senior Woman of the Year (50 years and over)
  • 2016 ACT Young Woman of the Year (16–30 years)

The ACT Women’s Awards recognise and encourage women who are contributing to building a community where women and girls equally and fully participate in the economy, their community and their city.

The ACT Women’s Awards will be presented by ACT Minister for Women, Yvette Berry, as part of celebrations of 2016 International Women’s Day which is held annually on 8 March to recognise women’s achievements throughout history and across nations. The ACT Women’s Awards link the achievements of women living locally with International Women’s Day celebrations.

Nominations close on Friday 27 November 2015.
